State notices around the property say the building is structurally unsafe. The place is a group of filthy, cockroach-infested hallways inside a foreclosed, abandoned local shopping mall. The site photos are ten years old. This is a condemned building, and the amenities advertised by the slumlords renting units here are laughably decrepit and clearly haven't been cleaned or maintained in years.
