The front desk staff were nice and helpful, but management has clearly let these properties go. There are several buildings under the same franchise, and ours had potential, yet it was disgusting. We had to move rooms twice, first because the full kitchen we paid for wasn't there, and then because the fridge was full of mold. There were hidden fees they hadn't told us about, too. Don't stay here. It feels practically like a scam.

We couldn't stay even a minute. The place was horribly dirty, with debris everywhere, construction hazards, awful smells, and everything felt gross. There was no office, and the pictures are deceiving. I booked through a booking service, then googled the address and found out it was a rehab center. The whole thing felt sketchy. ALERT!!! False advertising!!!! DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

The location was perfect and the staff were cooperative, but the conditions were the worst I've seen. It was dirty and smelly, and the surroundings were unpleasant. We had to be moved 3 times on the first night because the rooms weren't up to standard. The place has potential, but they don't seem to care, and it isn't at all like the advertisements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.......

The front desk staff were rude and useless, though the housekeeping and maintenance workers were very nice. My room wasn't cleaned once, and none of the pools were cleaned either. Even the gross clumps weren't skimmed off the surface. They take a non-refundable "facility fee" of $14/day before you see the room, then keep your money if you back out after seeing the roach motel they call a "hotel." The photos are misleading. The pool was grass green, there was no ice machine, and the soda machine didn't work. Things in the room were falling apart, with no dresser, closet, or shelves in the bedroom or bathroom, so I had to keep everything in my suitcase. There were so many problems: exposed wiring over the sink, a showerhead only 5' high, rarely any hot water and barely enough pressure to rinse off, burned-out bulbs, a blow dryer that wasn't attached to the wall so I had to use it with its mount attached, and no bedroom lamps, just a blindingly bright ceiling fan. The TV only worked if connected to your fire stick account. Water seeped up through the floor. There was one set of dishes under the sink, but no soap to wash them, and housekeeping never came. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
