Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, but I was disappointed in the room. The bed was on the floor, the bedroom light didn't work, the couch was old and dirty, and the toilet area felt sized for a child, not an adult. The wallpaper was peeling too. The AC remote also turned on the TV. We didn't see anyone during our stay apart from the maintenance man, who handled our check-in.

My wife and I stayed Friday and Saturday and had a wonderful time at Villa Sinclair. Hughes and his wife were thoughtful hosts, paying attention to every detail, and the food and service were great. We loved the jacuzzi, and the chicken wings and drinks were delicious. Our room also came with too many free amenities to list. The place had a great atmosphere, with lovely lighting and ornaments all around. The Hollywood Board Walk and Beach are just steps away, and there's free live music at the Hollywood Beach Bandshell every Friday and Saturday night. Lots of fun here, with plenty more around it. We'll be back!

Hugo, the owner, was fantastic with us when my friends and I came for a birthday. We arrived a little early, and he let us borrow bikes to ride along the boardwalk. We came back at 3 p.m. when the bar opened and spent the rest of the day hanging out. It's a fun little hidden gem. The hookah was clean and had plenty of flavors, the drinks and atmosphere were good, and the menu including tax and tip was a nice touch. The hot tub was clean and well maintained, and Hugo even set up the outdoor TV for karaoke. We had a great time and love this place!

The owners are lovely and really want guests to enjoy themselves. Our flight problems got us in very late, but they still welcomed us warmly. Hughes showed us around the suite and explained the amenities, even though it was midnight. The place feels eclectic and homey, and the room was stocked with everything from wine and liquor to toiletries, kitchen appliances, and dishes. They clearly marked which items were complimentary, like beach toys, towels, and welcome chocolates, and which were for purchase. Guests can use the large hot tub and small sauna in a spacious, enclosed patio area. There's also hookah, a full bar, and a kitchen, plus a long list of extras for purchase. This is more than we've had at any other place we've stayed. I highly recommend it, and can't wait for our next visit. Hollywood Beach has nowhere else I'd rather stay.
