This was my second stay through Prime Vacation AMI Locals, and I was happy to return. I’ve stayed in 112 this time and 107 before, and both condos were excellent. They’re right on the beach, well cared for, and stocked with plenty of essentials, plus welcome packs for the kitchen and bathroom. There are lots of chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other beach gear. I had a special request to make the trip even better, and they handled it without any trouble. Keyon helped me this year and Kelly the year before. Both were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. I’d gladly recommend Coconuts Resort on Holmes Beach and Prime Vacation AMI Locals. I’m a very satisfied, happy repeat visitor. Thank you.

Room 108 had been completely redone, and you can step from the screened porch straight onto the beach through the sliding door. There’s also a pool, outdoor rinse-off showers, grills, and a full kitchen with a fridge. Having a parking spot assigned to us was great. We even got to see newly hatched loggerhead turtles! The location makes getting around easy. We rented a golf cart and could reach restaurants and shops anywhere nearby. Ask the rental management about the discount.

We didn’t stay at the resort, so I can’t really review it. We came for the beach out front and have returned several times for beach days. Parking was free and easy, and there’s a lovely sandbar with a shallow lagoon for wading or swimming in calm water, especially handy with kids.

Unit 112 was updated, really nice, and had what we needed for a fun trip. It’s right on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. We saw crabs, baby turtles, and a seahorse, along with some great sunsets. From what I’ve read in other reviews, the unit you book may make a difference. We were in 112.
