Palm Tree Villas

This was our fourth visit to Palm tree villas, and somehow we enjoy it more each time. The rooms are spotless, the owner is very capable and responsive, and the island location is perfect, close to the beach. We had an amazing vacation and I’d definitely recommend booking here.

We’d come back in a heartbeat. The two-bedroom unit was beautifully furnished and just steps from the beach.

Our queen number 20 Villa was lovely, with two very large rooms, a beautiful kitchen and living room, and a private patio with a grill right across from the pool. It was easy for the kids to get to the pool, and the whole setting felt peaceful and relaxing. The beach was less than a two-minute walk away, with white sand and beautiful ocean views. We had everything we needed, from dishes and laundry soap to beach towels and a wagon with toys for the kids. The manager checked in halfway through our vacation to see how things were going, and communication and service were great. A big thank you to the staff. We’ll absolutely return for our next vacation.

The place itself is great, though we had a few pool issues. We stayed for my husband’s birthday. The owner said the knock at 9:30 was because we were an hour late checking out, but nobody had told us checkout was at 8:30, which is an odd Sunday time. She also claimed we checked in an hour late, though nowhere said there was a firm cutoff. The worker was cold and flat and shouldn’t be in customer service or hospitality. To clarify, the knock was at 9:30am, and your response came seven months late. There’s no ugliness here, just an honest, balanced review for Google. I also left a review under JH. Your comments prove our point. We didn’t speak with housekeeping, unless they call guests on their cell phones before check-in.
