Resort Sixty-Six

The pool and hot tub were a relaxing way to end each day, and the beach is just outside the gate. I even found sand dollars every day. The rooms are lovely, the people are amazing, and anything you need is only minutes away. We loved staying here and will definitely return.

We’d never stayed at this resort before and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. We’d gladly stay here again.

Theresa, the Facility Manager, was a gracious host and checked in by text a couple of times to see how our vacation was going. We spent a GREAT week at this Bluegreen Resort, right on the beautiful beach of Anna Maria Island. The accommodations were clean, roomy, and comfortable. We’ll plan another visit and would recommend the resort. Thanks to Theresa and her staff for such an enjoyable week.

We’ve been coming to the island for more than 20 years, and we love it. The water is usually calm, the sunsets are amazing, and Resort 66 is a peaceful place. It’s a small resort with just 28 rooms, so it can be hard to get a reservation. The accommodations are adequate rather than fancy, which suits the old Florida charm. There aren’t high-rises and amusement venues everywhere you look, and the whole island feels like paradise.
