We had a nice stay while visiting family. Check-in and checkout online were easy, and my husband just had to pick up the key when we arrived. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice in the morning. There was a sign saying pets cost $25 if you bring your furry friend. I’d definitely stay again.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the room cleaning could use attention. There was dirt along the baseboards and mold and gunk around the bathtub. The bathroom paint job was also very sloppy. Breakfast was just so-so, with the sausage patties and scrambled eggs running out. They could use more juice options, and someone needed to keep the tables clean.

After a two-day drive, I was glad to find a clean, comfortable room. The sheets and blankets were clean too, and the bathtub was great, though a little cleaner had been left in it and made it slightly slippery. I felt safe staying alone at this Super8, which I chose for convenience. I’d had bad service at other Super8 hotels and went in reluctantly, but the night manager was kind and professional. I was a late-evening walk-in by myself, and he handled my requests right away. I only had to ask once. The next morning, he stopped vacuuming to check how my stay had gone. This Super8 is a rare find. I’d recommend it and stay again. Thank you!

Our room was fairly clean, though the halls smelled like Marijuana. Getting to the second-floor room was quite difficult for the two people in our party with mobility issues, since there was no elevator and the stairs had no handrails.

The staff were kind enough, and we got a partial refund, but we left early and moved to Prairie Band Casino and Resort. It was only $20 more per night, and absolutely worth it. This wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it was certainly in the bottom 10%. There was old blood on the sheets, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the fridge was broken, and there was no outside lock on the back entrance to the building. They were still following that old Covid policy of not cleaning your room, five years later. Strangely, there was no elevator either.
