Cleanliness and a good front desk team are what I care about most after 20 years with Marriott Bonvoy, and this place came through. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well kept. I’ll be back, and I’m grateful to the whole team for making the stay memorable. Tamyra made us feel welcome right away, with a warm greeting and a real smile. She also worked with us on an early check-in, and her professionalism and friendly manner stood out. Tamyra, keep bringing that energy to your guests. You’re doing a great job. Kiaha deserves a mention too. On Thursday night, we noticed a small room issue that we’d missed when checking in. She sorted it out quickly and cheerfully. That kind of helpful service makes a real difference and feels rare these days. Nicole, the General Manager, was engaged and attentive with guests. When I raised a housekeeping concern, she listened with empathy, responded professionally, and said it would be addressed so it wouldn’t happen again. You can see her approach reflected in the team. We stayed October 23rd to 26th, and it was a very pleasant experience. Please pass along my thanks.

The staff were kind and helpful, but our first room had a pest problem. We were moved to a lesser room than the one we paid for. Its curtains didn't work, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there were no full-size towels.

Aside from one concern about the bar, we had a very pleasant stay. Cyrus at the front desk was attentive, personable, and accommodating when we arrived. He’s a real asset to the property. The next morning, though, my bill showed $25.30 plus another $4.40 for a glass of wine and a bag of chips and an ice cream sandwich from the pantry. It was all grouped together, with no itemized charges. The front desk said they couldn't break it down based on how the bill had come through. It made for a pricey snack and wine. I’m fairly sure the $4.40 was a gratuity the bartender added, even though I’d already left a cash tip. I have the $30, but I don’t like feeling like charges are happening behind my back. If you use the in-house bar, get a receipt before leaving.

The room was roomy and just right for a one-night stay for a Christmas party. I could easily have stayed longer to get some work done there, since it had a desk and felt relaxed. Chastity was especially helpful late at night. Great experience!

I’d happily stay here again, even for a longer visit. We only came for a short weekend, but the room had great layout, storage, and amenities. It was my first time at this new hotel, and the room was spacious, attractive, and clean. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, with Kelly being especially nice and useful.
