The grounds are well kept, and Ralph, the manager, is a really nice guy. The pool is right beside the beach, with amazing views and sunsets. We stayed around Christmas, when lights throughout the landscaping made the place feel extra festive. We’ll likely stay here again.

In December 2019, we spent two weeks at Nohonani Condo’s, our second stay there. Thanks to Blue Robinson, our Vacation Rental Manager, for arranging everything. You were a pleasure to work with, replied quickly, and made sure we had a great stay. We shared the trip with another family in room 201, and both condos were fantastic. The kids enjoyed the condo’s small beach and pool, and we used the BBQ almost every night while they swam. From the oceanfront balconies, we saw sea turtles resting on the beach, whales on the horizon, and fish in the coral while snorkeling close to shore. There’s coffee “across” the street, a farmers market, food trucks, an ABC store for “necessities,” and, a little farther along, a times supermarket and urgent care clinic. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance too. Beaches in either direction are only a few minutes’ drive away. I highly recommend the location for a future stay. We’d also stayed at Nohonani Condo’s with another couple in December 2018. The condo and shared amenities were good, and we could watch sea turtles swimming from the balcony every day. There was some basic snorkeling right in front, and we heard the ocean waves at night and spotted whales on the horizon several times. The site manager, Joe, was polite and accommodating, which added to the experience. The location was convenient for Lāhainā and whalers village, with shops and restaurants nearby. We’d definitely return and encourage people to check them out at “aloha condos”.

Maui paradise propertie company doesn’t care about its clients. We had to move somewhere else after just one day in unit 105 because cockroaches were everywhere. Dealing with the property management company ruined our family vacation. The location itself was great, with easy ocean access, but customer service was useless. They don’t respond when you complain.

JD takes pride in his work and keeps the place clean. It’s a great place to stay, and the snorkeling right off the beach is great too. If we come back to Maui, we’ll stay here again.
