We had a great experience here. Our room was spacious, though it didn't face the ocean. We could still go down to the beach whenever we wanted and use the lounge chairs. With so little light pollution, stargazing at night was lovely. I only wish the hotel had air conditioning.
Poe was a big help when we couldn't find our welcome email, which never arrived. Checking in can be tricky because different leasing agents rent the rooms, and the office staff are often busy elsewhere around the property. Our room also didn't have air conditioning. Make sure you have a working phone number for your leasing agent, or you could spend hours trying to get into your room like we did.
The staff have been so friendly and helpful, and we love the shops nearby. We first stayed in a garden view room. It was a little dated but comfortable, and an extra fan helped keep it cool. Then we upgraded to an ocean view, and wow, the view and the sounds were amazing. We look forward to coming back.
I was visiting family and didn't stay in the condominium myself. It's a nice place, though I know it's been around for a while. The unit didn't have air conditioning. Having an ocean side unit would be a plus.
The location was amazing, the staff were very friendly, and other rooms looked really nice. Unfortunately, we got a crappy one. The bathroom needs serious repair, with what looks like rot around the tub and walls caving in. The kitchen was tiny, and you couldn't open the dishwasher without hitting the stove, or the stove without hitting the dishwasher. The dishwasher was out of order the whole time we were there. They forgot about the repair and had to be reminded. When the repair person came, they just put an out of order sticker on it and left. There was no compensation, even though we couldn't use a fully functioning kitchen. Having a kitchen is why we booked a condo instead of a hotel for vacation.
