The 1200-square-foot room was good value for a week, especially compared with the expensive 400-square-foot tourist rooms. The views were lovely, and I had no noise issues. The furnishings made it easy to cook meals and do laundry, and the nearby Paris Bakery was my favorite place for breakfast or snacks. Shopping, restaurants, and bus transportation are all close, with convenient options available 24/7. I followed the fine print to check in on a different level and called a few hours ahead to confirm.

Stay away from this hotel. The front desk closes after 7pm, and it's hard to get hold of anyone there. The building is very old and dirty, and not worth the money. There are lots of better choices nearby.

Parking was $60 a day, and there were homeless people all around the property. When we tried to leave early and get a refund for the unused nights, it turned into a nightmare. The place may look good in photos, but the unit didn’t match them. It felt like an old high-rise office building turned into a roach motel. What a joke.

The location wasn’t good for walking, and there were quite a few homeless people nearby. This is an Airbnb in a business building, not a hotel. Inside, the suite was nothing like the photos: a tiny living room and kitchen with no windows, a small bathroom, and a bedroom that was surprisingly nicer than the rest. The building felt confusing and eerie, and it took two sets of elevators to reach the suite. Even then, the door code didn’t work, so we were locked out until someone came to help. We asked to cancel after seeing how different the suite was, but they refused a refund. We still chose not to stay. When we returned the keys and parking items to the office, the clerk said we needed the parking validation to leave the garage. We’d been told to return it to the office, so we didn’t have it and got charged. Terrible stay and bad location.
