We spent another vacation at The Halekulani, and the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived. The beautiful hotel has fresh flowers throughout and elegant décor. Staff at the hotel and restaurants were friendly and professional, and it's a short walk to the shopping area. Breakfast at Orchids was fresh and delicious, and dinner at Le Mer was outstanding, with impeccable service. It felt worthy of a Michelin star. We also took the hotel's lovely property tour one year, led by Donna, who was fantastic. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

Orchids is our favorite place to eat, so delicious. The hotel itself is one of the best in Hawaii, maybe the world. Service is spot on, and the understated setting feels elegant, warm, and welcoming. This special place will take your breath away. Highly recommend.

I wasn't staying at the hotel, but I stopped to ask the concierge how to get to a nearby bakery. She was so helpful that she even walked partway toward it to point me in the right direction. The hotel's layout also feels light, airy, and relaxing. That kind of helpfulness seems like a good sign of its service.

We stayed in the Diamond Head Oceanfront Prime room at Halekulani Waikiki, and the view was breathtaking. The room was comfortable and peaceful, which made the stay feel special. The property is immaculate and beautifully maintained, with a refined atmosphere and an iconic location. Staff throughout were warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone I dealt with made sure our needs were handled promptly and courteously. Halekulani exceeded our expectations, and I'd highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable stay in Waikiki.

Sam from the pool area has been a gem throughout our stay. She took some stunning photos of us on our first day and has been absolutely wonderful. My husband surprised me with five nights here for our anniversary, and we're quickly finding this is one of our best trips. We're enjoying the delicious complimentary breakfast, the Mai Tais are amazing, and the couples spa experience would be hard to beat.
