Sue was kind and warm when my flight was delayed and I couldn’t arrive on time for my reservation. She was very accommodating, and I appreciated it. The room was alright, and it’s still near the beach in Honolulu. It’s a nice, relaxing place if you prefer peace and quiet, and the price is reasonable. I recommend it.

When the tsunami warning came through while we were in Waikiki, we wanted somewhere to go in case things got bad. The staff welcomed everyone with a lot of kindness, and the place was cleaner than my house or any hotel room I've seen. They seemed to run a tight ship, and the safety measures felt good for a hostel, though I'd still be careful around strangers. Can't recommend it enough. Five stars.

Such a cozy, beautiful place, and the people there made me feel welcome the whole time. I never felt uneasy or uncomfortable. The floors were cleaner than my own, honestly the cleanest hostel I've ever seen. Thanks so much for taking such good care of us. Aloha 🤙💕🌊🙏

The owners are friendly, and it's quiet and super clean. It's close to UH Manoa, so this is my usual pick when I need somewhere safe and affordable to sleep on Oahu.

After spending hours walking from the beach during the tsunami alert, we were able to get some rest here. Sue was so warm with us, and the next morning we even had muffins. Thank you for being so kind.
