The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and I slept well every night of my solo stay. Hotel Renew is right in the middle of Waikiki, just steps from the beach, but coming back to the room still felt peaceful. It was quiet too. That tropical slush they handed me at check-in was a fun little touch and got me into vacation mode straight away. I can see why people rate this place so highly, and I'd happily come back.

The location at the end of the strip was handy, with food, drinks, and shopping about a mile's walk away. The beach is roughly half a block from the entrance, and there's an ABC store next door for snacks and bottled drinks. Staff were incredibly kind, and I appreciated the basic shower toiletries, valet parking, and the great matcha café downstairs. Check-out was at noon, but our flight wasn't until 4, and they stored our bags for free. For the price, the service is hard to beat. I'd stay here again. Thanks, everyone!

The reception area gave the hotel a cozy feel, and the staff were very friendly. We had a city-view room, but the solid balcony wall blocked most of the view while sitting at the table. There also weren't any outlets next to the bed, which was inconvenient, and the carpet shed a bit and could use replacing. Still, the location by the beach was perfect, and overall we had a great stay. I can recommend it, especially for a first visit to beautiful Hawaii.

We were missing a few amenities, but the staff came right over to help. Great service, and the location was fantastic: close to the beach with ABC literally next door. Valet parking was really convenient, and the price was more or less the same as everywhere else. I'd definitely return next time.

The room was just the right size, with a big closet and plenty of storage. I arrived a bit before check-in, but the welcoming front desk had it ready for me by 2 PM. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. The marketplace is around a 12-minute walk away, with plenty of shops to browse on the way or a nice stroll by the beach.
