For the small price difference, I'd go for a higher floor if noise bothers you. White Sands next door gets pretty loud on weekends, though the old but working AC makes good white noise. The neighborhood itself is quiet compared with the rest of Waikiki, and it's easy to walk wherever you want. I've stayed twice, both times for a week. I only finally made it to the little pool and sauna when checking out last month. The pool is warm like bath water, and the sauna looked really nice. This isn't a luxury place, but it's a steal: huge rooms, spotless, great location, and welcoming staff.

Free parking is my favorite perk here. It's first come, first served, and I've always found a space, day or night. The whole staff is amazing, and the location is perfect. This is the only hotel I use when I travel back home. In December, my family and I stayed 12 days in the Penthouse plus another room. We were completely satisfied. The Penthouse had an incredible view, housekeeping was top tier, and having a washer and dryer helped a lot with our large group. Waikiki Beach is within walking distance too. I'd recommend it for a comfortable home away from home. 🥰

A simple, family run place right in the heart of Waikiki, with the essentials covered and no extras you don't need. Kitchenettes and free parking are a plus. Just rent a medium or smaller car and plan your day around parking. When the property is full, there may not be a spot available. 😉

Free parking and a convenient spot near Kuhio Ave make this a great value. It's close to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, and other amenities, and the place was very clean. You can hear nightlife from Kuhio Ave, which the hotel can't control, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. A white noise machine or ear plugs should help.
