Jet Luxury @ The Trump Waikiki

The location was the best part for us. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, and we could walk or take an Uber to pretty much everywhere. It felt less congested than some of the hotels farther down the beach, with restaurants and shops close by too. The hotel itself was clean and very nice, with kind, attentive staff, a roomy room, and an elevator that worked well. We also loved the food on site and the Pacific views from the pool and hot tub. We'd absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Oahu.

The Director of Operations was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised our problems. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for booking the rooms and told me to avoid doing that in the future. The problems started with being told at reception that my room would have a balcony, which it didn't, and the hotel also refused to put our rooms on the same floor or next to each other. That hadn't been mentioned when we booked. The lack of transparency and the way the issue was handled made for a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

You won't find a better place.

Jet Luxury is on a lower floor, but the facilities and service are top-notch. It's a Trump hotel, so it's comfortable.
