The only two positives were the location and parking. Room 2206 was sold as renovated, but it was damaged and full of old stuff. The bed looked like an old grandma's bed, and the sofa creaked and cracked when you sat on it or lay down. There was a large old black mold spot in a corner. Paint was peeling away from the toilet walls, and the shower tub's center drain was out of place. The hotel had construction work every day, with noise all day that felt like earthquake effects. The receptionist was never at the desk. The washers and dryers felt like a scam to get money. Early check-in or late check-out had been offered before purchase, but after paying, the hotel said no, never. The room was missing a kettle, and it took three days of requests to finally get one. The TV screen had blind spots, and Netflix and Amazon didn't work. Only news was free. Multiple requests didn't change the situation. I'll attach pictures as proof. Good luck.
