Marine Surf Waikiki

The place was decent, but our room had roaches and an ant infestation. The TV and AC didn't work, and when we ran out of towels and toilet paper, no one helped. There was no service or help with anything. Don't stay here, there are much better places without bugs and with actual good service!

The location was convenient and close to key attractions, but the state of the facilities overshadowed that. My room was incredibly dirty, the shower leaked, and the sinks were rusty, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. There was even sand in the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable. My stay was far from pleasant, and I won't be back.

The unit was dirty, outdated, and had things that didn't work. It also wasn't as shown on the website. The hotel had bedbugs and roaches that bit us and got into our clothes and luggage. When we asked to be moved, they refused. Marine Surf by Tropical Escapes Realty told us pests are a naturally occurring thing. We had to pay an exterminator to get rid of the bedbugs and roaches, and we went to the doctor for relief from the bites.

Free parking was a plus, even though the spaces were narrow and hard to maneuver in. Waikiki was convenient and close to everything, and having beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags, and beach towels was a nice touch. But the room's poor condition outweighed those positives. I was really disappointed after seeing the reviews and having higher expectations. The unit seemed old, poorly maintained, and badly in need of repairs. The bathroom smelled like urine and mustiness, and the slippery tub didn't feel safe.
