Getting around is the main frustration at Park Lane Ala Moana. Ride-share apps like Uber can’t locate the property, and apparently this has been an issue for more than five years. Guests may need to use taxis or give very precise directions, so plan ahead. Inside, though, the place feels peaceful and beautifully finished. The suites are spacious, with elegant design and great views of the ocean and city. There’s a heated pool, a modern fitness center, and private lanais. The staff are warm and attentive, and the management and upkeep are excellent. It’s close to Ala Moana Center and Waikiki Beach, and the service feels on par with top hotels. A luxurious, relaxing stay, as long as you’re prepared for the access hassle.

The amenities are great, though at that price I’d expect them to be.

Best Thanksgiving ever. Everyone here has given us top tier service, and (G) Gerrald deserves a special mention. He was so accommodating and helpful, thoughtful with our kids and with us, and made sure our stay would be memorable. Five diamond service!!!

I’d driven past Park Lane for years without stopping, then got invited for a private tour and was surprised by how ultra-luxurious it is. The design gives it a resort feel while also connecting the property with nature. The grounds were clean, and the variety of plants made them feel like botanical gardens. Everyone I met was professional and knew hospitality well, from the General Manager and Operations Manager to the residential specialist and Pool attendants. They also seemed experienced at connecting with residents in a way that blends condo and resort service. The amenities suit the people who own and live at Park Lane. I enjoyed walking through the halls and seeing the theater for the first time. Thanks to the staff for making my visit memorable.

Please be careful with this property. I was hurt and my car was damaged by a tree branch in the Ala Moana parking lot back in September. Their insurance company has had the case for over 60 days, but nothing has changed and they haven’t communicated much. Management’s response shows no compassion. They won’t even let me speak with the board of directors. Shameful.
