Spacious Waikiki Lanais Apartment 2 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

This is an older building in a central spot, made up of individually owned condos that seem to be rented out like Airbnbs. There are two good BBQs on the roof.

Waikiki Lanai is a nice find if you want to live in town in a building that feels secure, clean, and friendly. Since the new manager, Chris, came on board, I’ve seen residents seem much happier. He’s always working through problems with the maintenance, cleaning, and security teams. Keep it up, Chris!

This is my home whenever I’m in Hawaii. Waikiki’s hard to beat, and the weather’s the best anywhere.

It’s a short walk to the shops and beach, and the parking was good, though the spaces were tight. The building looks old, but inside it’s kept to a good standard. The surrounding area felt dirty and had a lot of homeless people. I wouldn’t want to walk around there at night, and one homeless man verbally harassed me during the day. The windows didn’t shut properly, so the wind whistled through loudly and made it hard to sleep.
