No pool or spa, with construction going on for over four years. The pool deck doesn’t even open until 10 a.m., so you can sit around an Orange Construction fence. Laundry randomly closes before the posted 12-7 a.m. hours. There’s no taking out trash from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., so you can’t clean up cooking smells after work or before leaving in the morning. Private fire alarms go off randomly all night.
Great amenities and location in the middle of Waikiki, with amazing views, 24hr security guards, and the sweetest building manager.
Every room has a lovely view, and the longboard club was great value. The hotel also has a swanky, popular pool cabana area with an early evening bar. I’d come again!
I rented here for two years. It was very noisy, with a high tenant turnover rate. Cars got broken into in the parking garage, and there was crime around the canal and the building.
I stayed in the penthouse in November 2017. The location, view, and kind doorman were good. But the window wasn’t sealed well, and wind made a huge noise and even shook it, so I couldn’t sleep well. The parking space was too small, making it hard to get in and out with a family van.
