Horrible service. I wish I could give no stars. I booked through booking, then arrived to check in at my condo and had to use a pay phone outside the door. Security came to let me in, only to say my room wasn't ready and I'd be staying at a different hotel that night. Nobody had messaged me beforehand. I wrote to them that night and got no reply. I called and messaged again the next morning, still nothing. Later they said my condo was ready, but the person there told me nothing was available and didn't know why they'd sent that message. He said I hadn't booked that condo, so I showed him my reservation. He told me to call Jeanie. I came early that day to find out what was happening. There was nobody onsite, only construction workers, and I was given three different numbers. Nobody knew what was going on, and Jeanie never called back. They didn't have my condo, so I returned to the hotel they'd sent me to. The front desk there called to say they were upgrading my room. Still, no one from condo management bothered to call. I'll never book with these people again. I'm much happier at the hotel they sent me. ILIMA hotel staff is the best!

Friendly staff, easy parking, and the elevators worked properly. The building and location are great, with a gym, pool, and BBQ areas.

Jeanie made the arrival process so easy. She checked in with us the day before we left for Hawaii, emailed clear instructions, and talked me through everything by phone. She also said I could call her directly if I needed help checking in. Our condo was just right for our family of four, with enough space and beautiful canal and mountain views at breakfast from the balcony. Having a washer-dryer combo and a free assigned parking space was a huge help. We really enjoyed the stay and will book here again. If you're unsure about staying, don't be. This place is worth it. The full kitchen was fantastic, and we had no cleanliness problems. The location was great too. The rooftop patio was wonderful, though the pool was under maintenance during our stay. In the unit, there was too much heavy furniture, and the AC was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on. The sheer bedroom blinds weren't great for sleeping or blocking heat. Our balcony was only 12" wide, so it barely counted, and its door wouldn't close properly.

We spent most of our time out sightseeing, so the condo was just right for sleeping and showering. The washer and dryer made it easy to pack light. Rooms were clean and cold, and there were plenty of necessities. Lots of rooms had been remodeled; we were offered one a few days later but turned it down. Free parking, key fob access, security onsite, and quick responses to calls were all appreciated. The renters and residents we met were polite, and dogs were welcome. We enjoyed having friends over to swim on the roof. There's a kitchen and several grills up there, and even a sauna in the bathrooms. I just wish we'd had more time for a cookout. Can't wait to go back!
