I wouldn’t want anyone to stay here. Staff were incredibly rude, arguing with tenants in front of guests and constantly talking down about them in the open. I also saw management yelling at tenants and then laughing about it. They really need to do better.

The bathroom mirrors are two-way mirrors, so management can watch from the other side. Staff were horrible and wouldn’t do anything about it. The manager didn’t understand anything, and the short security guard showed no basic decency. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Hawaii. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do not come here.

The condo was small, but we only used it to sleep and change clothes. It was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The view of Waikiki was excellent, and the location made it an easy walk to the beach, markets, and the Strip for shopping or nightlife. There are plenty of buses right outside on the main route, so it was easy to get around. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were spotless. The pool was nice, and parking was off the street. Someone was always in the lobby, and you needed a key to access the elevator, so it felt very secure. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Since building staff hassled me about my service animal, I’ve felt like they ignore my requests on purpose and are unnecessarily rude. Every interaction with them turns contentious for no reason. I’ve had ongoing issues with parking, guests, mail, and now getting repairs done. The light outside my bedroom window flickers like a strobe. I’ve asked for three-plus days, in person and by email, to get a light bulb fixed. I offered to handle it myself and was told not to. Then they said they’d “get to it when they can.” Half the time staff seem too busy talking story with the valet people.
