The Glen Resort

The wedding party and guests nearly filled the place, so we got to see a range of rooms. The basic hotel rooms, suites, hillside house, and tiny homes were all fantastic. They were clean and spacious, and most had excellent views. The staff, including innkeeper Joaquin, were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. This would be our first choice if we’re in the area again, and we’ll definitely stay here.

Room #1 had a King bed and was upstairs on the corner, facing the water, so the view was a nice bonus. The waterfront road can get busy now and then, so I’d suggest earplugs. I always bring mine and slept without interruption. There was a microwave, a counter-height fridge/freezer, and a coffee maker with a nice selection of coffee, tea, chocolate, and cider. Staff were very friendly. I stayed just one night, but it was nice, and I’ll be back.

Beautiful area, with trails and dog-friendly stays, whether you’re looking for an RV spot, cabin, or room. The staff were friendly, and I had a great experience. There’s great dining nearby, including an amazing breakfast at The Tides and dinner and wine at The Fjord restaurant. Sea lions on the dock were simply beautiful.

The room was immaculate and really spacious, and the property was gorgeous, quiet, and clean. Eric kindly arranged our late-night check-in, and it went smoothly. After a long day of hiking, my family and I really enjoyed the hot tub. In the morning, we crossed over to the pier and saw a seal, plus lots of oysters along the shore and tide. We stayed on our last night in Olympic National Park and hope to come back for fresh oysters next time.
