Extended Stay America Philadelphia Horsham Dresher Rd.

This hotel was vile, dirty, and disgusting. When we opened our room, roaches were there to greet us, not just one or two but a whole family. My car was vandalized on the property, and the manager made sure to point out signs saying they aren't responsible for stolen items. I never saw those signs either. At checkout, I was ready to get out of there, but my key was shut off five different times while I was collecting my belongings. Another customer and I then waited ten minutes for the assistant manager to return. The last woman, who was supposed to be the district manager, couldn't even communicate properly with the patrons paying for her dirty hotel and the employees' paychecks. If I could give zero stars, I would. Run, you don't need to take the roaches home with you!

Ro helped me sort out questions about billing and rates, and was patient, kind, and very helpful. Camia made me feel welcome from my first day with her warm, efficient greeting. I saw her around the halls often, and she would share more information about the amenities. One night, the washer I was using broke down. Camia called my room right away, and after I moved my clothes to another machine, George got it started for me. They made what could have been a hassle feel seamless. I give Camia, Ro, and George 10 out of 5 stars for looking after me this month.

Camia checked us in and was polite, courteous, and delightful. From the general manager to the rest of the team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. My wife and I have stayed at a few Extended Stay America hotels over the years, and this hotel and its staff have been nothing but wonderful. I'd recommend it to our family and friends. Good job!

Camia has been a sweetheart, very helpful and professional, and she really cares about guests. The women on the housekeeping team are friendly too. My only reason for rating service three stars instead of five is housekeeping: I think they should check in at least once a week to ask whether you need the floors swept or vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned.
