We try to stay here at least twice a year for a nearby convention, when rooms are available. The location, lobby, and other amenities work well for us, though the rooms could use updating. The staff are always friendly, and Leigh deserves a special shout-out. She went above and beyond to help with our needs. When I was told there were no rooms, she found a way to accommodate us and did it with patience and real concern. She’s courteous and understands what guests need. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

The lobby was clean and nice, and finding parking was easy. The area is quiet, so I didn't hear street noise, though the walls are thin enough that I could hear kids crying in the next room. My room was decent overall, but it could've been cleaned better: there was lots of dust above the bed, and the towels were worn and scratchy. I'd still recommend staying here.

The Sales Coordinator was pleasant and professional, and worked with my needs. I stayed two days, and the place was clean, inviting, and just perfect. Tesla, the bartender, ROCKED just like the band. She was amazing and lifted my spirits.

We spent a week here near the holidays on personal time off to visit family. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Leigh was especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. Another guest microwaved something that wasn't microwave-safe, setting off the alarm in his room. Leigh handled it professionally and did a great job reassuring the other guests.

It's always a pleasure staying here. Leigh at the front desk is especially kind and helpful. Having Starbucks inside the hotel is convenient, and the staff make a great cup of coffee with a smile.
