Palu was so kind and respectful when I was here before. She took the time to speak with the third-party booking site and help me get a refund, and that’s why I booked here again. The other experience on this return was awful: a Hispanic lady at the front desk barged into my conversation with a helpful young man and started speaking to me rudely for no reason. That kind of treatment drives away returning customers. I’m considering not coming back and telling my friends and family to stay elsewhere, where they’ll be treated with kindness. If I do return, it’ll be because of Palu. She’s a sweetheart.

The suites are clean and roomy, with a separate living room and bedroom, plus smart TVs. Miss Patel, who works nights, is such a sweet person and gives great service. She makes sure your stay goes well. This is still my go-to when I need a room.

They charged my card for a stay they never provided. I’d booked online the morning before, but when I arrived they wouldn’t check me in because they’d overbooked and mishandled their capacity. Scam. Avoid them.

Pampulata.Patel was patient and understanding when my wife and I showed up in the middle of the night needing somewhere to sleep. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff were kind and understanding about the suite. If you want a place that feels like home, I’d strongly recommend staying here.

The workers were welcoming and amazing, especially the lovely Pafulata. Patel. She was very sweet and patient, and took my health concerns seriously by giving my husband and me a ground-floor room so I wouldn’t risk falling down the stairs.
