My 21-year-old daughter was turned away, but the receptionist couldn't show us a written policy or explain the age restriction. When we asked to talk to a manager for clarification, she wouldn't get one and wouldn't give us her name. That lack of openness and professionalism was really frustrating. If there's an age limit for the service, it should be clearly stated and backed by an actual policy. Customers should be treated respectfully and be able to speak with management when a problem comes up. I hope they handle situations like this better in the future.

The free coffee was the only thing I'd recommend. Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've had, and this isn't a place I'd choose with kids. The staff were terrible, and the manager acted like a tyrant who owned the hotel. She walked around in a nightgown keeping an eye on the amenities, which felt extremely unprofessional.

We left after being denied service and feeling really uncomfortable. The situation felt like profiling, and I don't plan to return to a place with customer service this poor. The receptionist, Fatema, wouldn't answer our questions about the stay and talked over us even though we'd already paid. We had to ask another guest for her name. She gave us the wrong manager contact card, then said, "I gave you all a card so read it." When we asked for her name, she refused and told us to shut up so she could speak, even though we hadn't raised our voices or disrespected her. She also threatened us and said she didn't know when "the manager would come back." We didn't want to make a scene.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, though the room was dingy and smelled musty. I don't know if all the rooms are like that or if we just got a bad one. We asked to switch rooms, but were told the hotel was full. Breakfast wasn't very appealing to me either.
