Camden Post Oak 2707 Apartment

After 7 years, leaving Camden Post Oak feels bittersweet. It’s been one of the best places I’ve lived, and the kindness of the staff made it feel like home. Thank you to Irenio, Seth, CJ, Victor, Endrico, Luis, Cedric, Fazii, Jasmine and Deena for all the care over the years. The building has concrete construction, so there’s very little noise between apartments. Even through major storms, we always had water and power. It’s also very dog-friendly, which mattered a lot to me as a pet owner. Day-to-day service has been incredible. The concierge team is friendly and attentive, and maintenance has usually arrived within an hour of a service request. The leasing agents listen and follow through too. When residents raised concerns about traffic, for example, they added more speed bumps. I’m truly sad to go.

Jasmin Garcia made my move to Houston much easier. I came from Tokyo this April, and as someone adjusting to a new country, I found her support as leasing manager reassuring, helpful, and quick throughout the move-in process and afterward. The practical things have gone smoothly too. When a kitchen drawer broke, maintenance repaired it remarkably fast. Valet parking is efficient and professional, and the concierge team is always welcoming. I’m happy living at Camden Post Oak and would recommend this supportive, well-managed community.

Handling all the incoming packages is high pressure, and they also manage the usual concierge work, including listening to tenant complaints like mine without reacting. They then find a way to resolve the issues.

My dog gets SO much attention from the staff, and it’s clear this is a welcoming place for pets. The concierge team is a big part of that feeling. CJ is friendly, attentive, and professional every day, and goes out of his way to make residents feel looked after. Maintenance also responds quickly, and the staff are friendly and prompt when you need something. My experience at Camden has been really great.
