The shuttle made getting to and from IAH easy, and the hotel was quiet despite being so close to the airport. My room had a good bed and strong AC, and everything felt clean, modern, and well cared for. Check-in was quick after a long travel day, and the staff were friendly and professional. A smooth stay, and I’d happily come back.

The hotel itself was great, but the breakfast arrangement left me really unhappy. I booked a room with two queen beds for two people through booking.com and chose breakfast included. At breakfast, we were told that covered only one person, so I had to pay for my son. That’s unacceptable. Some staff could use a much better understanding of customer service.

The airport shuttle is a huge plus here, and the staff were really friendly. The property is modern and well looked after. Definitely recommend it.

The breakfast issue means I won’t stay here again. I paid extra to include breakfast and confirmed it at check-in for one room with two adults. The next morning, reception said only one of us could eat free. I showed the reservation paper, which listed two adults and breakfast, but they wouldn’t change their position. We ended up finding a McDonalds instead. The room itself was large and comfortable during our March 2026 stay. Water pressure was sometimes a little low but manageable, and we could hear planes, which we expected so close to the airport.

The staff were fantastic, and the shuttle worked great for our overnight airport stay. The problem was the room smelled strongly of urine. Housekeeping should have noticed and taken care of it.
