Express INN & Suites

It’s a decent spot to rest for a night, and the room was clean, with things looking and smelling new. The location was okay, though a little sketchy. That’s Houston unless you’re ready to spend more. There’s an old breakfast picture, but there’s no breakfast. The TV started playing sound without a picture, and nobody would fix it. Our key card quit working on checkout day, so luckily we hadn’t gone out and returned to a locked room. Clean and fine for a night or so, as long as you don’t expect much.

GrandVilla Inn did an amazing job, it’s a five-star hotel. But whoever is working the front desk on the shifts starting at 2pm should be fired for not doing the job properly. Respectfully, they’re rude and unhelpful.

Be careful if you have a nice car. Someone broke into mine, and even though they have cameras and monitor them, they couldn’t stop the break-in. I lost $300 to fix the window, on top of the room cost. They wouldn’t comp the room or do anything, so I had to call the police and file a report.

They gave the best service today. 10/10, I’d use them again.
