The rooms had roaches, and the second one also had food debris. After finding two roaches in my bedroom, I went to the front desk and was offered only a move to another room on a different floor. That room was dirty and had roaches, too. Staff then told me the property had an ongoing roach issue, but said they couldn’t cancel my reservation or check me out. There wasn’t a manager available. I came back the next morning to speak with one, but was told they were in meetings all morning and would follow up. That was Wednesday, and now it’s Monday with no word. The property looks nice, and Hilton hotels are usually clean and well maintained, so this location was a huge disappointment. The experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Russel at the front desk was personable and helpful from check-in through checkout. I left a shopping bag in my room, called during his shift, and he arranged for the staff to retrieve it and helped get the items returned. Service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a wedding. The hotel is very nice inside, just five minutes from the airport, and the free shuttle was easy to coordinate through the app. Since there’s little to walk to besides a gas station, it was handy that the bar and restaurant serve food nearly all day, until 10 pm. Most places in the area are about a 20-minute drive or more. My room was clean, too.

The staff were outstanding. Every employee I met greeted me warmly and was genuinely helpful. The patio had lots of broken glass, though, and there was an open junction box in the lobby, so it didn’t feel safe for a toddler. Be careful with little ones. The room looked clean at first, but the building clearly shows its age. There was visible moisture and mold at the air-conditioner vent, peeling wallpaper from moisture, and a pretty gross shower in hard-to-reach areas. The showerhead leaked and had low water pressure, likely from hard water buildup clogging it. Breakfast was decent but not complimentary, unlike some similar hotels in this price range. I wouldn’t recommend dinner: the menu has frozen-patty burgers and overpriced protein entrées that don’t justify the cost.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though it could use more light sources. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food and service were good. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to food service and housekeeping, was friendly and helpful.
