The complimentary breakfast each morning was a real highlight, with a variety and quality I appreciated. The hotel was impeccably clean, including my room, and the bed was notably comfortable, which made it easier to get a good night's sleep while traveling. From arrival on, the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming, adding a lot to the experience. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express at 6175 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77049, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Ms. Theresa took such good care of my family and me. Her friendly, caring manner and the effort she put into making us comfortable stood out. It was the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. We’ll keep choosing this hotel when we visit family, and we’ll gladly recommend it to our relatives.

Teresa deserves 10 stars. She welcomed us as soon as we came in and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Since we’d been traveling all morning, getting checked in early was a real blessing. Management should recognize what a great employee she is. I’ll keep staying here when I’m in town as long as she works there, and I’ll recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The location worked really well, right off the highway, with nearby restaurants and a small shopping center behind the hotel where you can get snacks and other things at Dollar Tree, Ross, or Shoe Carnival. I arrived late but still found a space in the well-lit lot. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and breakfast was good with plenty to eat. The room was a little stuffy, though, and I couldn’t get the A/C to cool it properly. I’d book again for sure.
