Hotel Houston Galleria West

The place was beautiful, and I was surprised by how much I loved it after being skeptical. It had a clean, quiet, organized, rustic feel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were so pleasant and kind. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

I called at 1am to check in and was greeted by polite staff. The room’s interior was really nice, and it compares with three-star hotels, maybe even better. I stayed one night, but wouldn’t mind staying longer.

They've got a cute little microwave and fridge, and pretty much everything you need. The room was dusty, maybe because some rooms sit unused for a while, but it wasn't a big deal. The cleaning lady was an angel, uuuuuwwwww, so I didn't want to ask her to do more 😅 I cleaned it myself. Things were close to perfect, apart from the weed smell. Some guests are rude and dirty, and that's beyond what maintenance can fix.

The place is really peaceful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I checked in after 3 AM, and the front desk guy welcomed me warmly and gave me a discount since it was so late. For this price, the room is one of the best I've seen, with a modern digital mirror and lights. I do wish there were some breakfast basics, like cereal, milk, or eggs. I'd be fine paying extra for them, so please consider adding breakfast.
