After 8 PM yesterday, I had a very unpleasant and stressful encounter with a staff member in a yellow T-shirt. He was aggressive, rude and disrespectful. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing, and I hope management takes the incident seriously and improves customer service. To anyone considering living here in the future, don't give up your peace of mind or self-respect over chip rates. There are other places where your dignity will be valued.

The rooms feel cheaply and hastily put together. At 11:01 AM, customer service was awful: staff burst into my room, and even when I said I was naked, they didn't leave and shut the door so I could get dressed before coming out.

I drove all the way from Dallas, checked in at 11 AM, and was out by 12:30. I was harassed and put out. The man at the front office was watching my room door on camera. He was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a refund because I couldn't deal with the harassment, but he refused and called the police. Not recommended. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Mold, roaches, drugs and a lot of disturbing incidents made this the worst motel I've stayed in. I also experienced racial profiling from the night manager, and the day manager was very rude. Two weeks earlier, the night manager had to apologize to my uncle and me for making racial remarks. One night I saw a man get pistol-whipped, with blood everywhere. He cried for help, but nobody did anything. This morning, I had to work and called the front desk around 4:30 AM because a couple were fighting and arguing. I asked the desk clerk to call down and ask them to stop. He said, “I am not getting into to that, I don’t hear anything.” I waited and went to speak to him, and he got smart with me. I was displeased that he complained about me coming to him to resolve it. I have videos of what happened. Do not stay here.
