InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - West Oaks

I love my room. It’s clean, spacious, cozy, and really feels like home. The property is safe, quiet, calm, and very clean, with great service. Sherelle F., the General Manager, is a huge part of that. She’s kind, dependable, and caring toward me and my son, and she’s always ready to help everyone here. You can tell how hard she works each day to make guests’ stays enjoyable. Thank you, Ms. Sherelle, for your hospitality, dedication, and care. You’re the best part of this property.

I’m glad I gave this location a chance. The InTown Suites at 3000 hwy 6 south in houston Tx 77082 is clean, newly renovated, and has amazing staff. That was the opposite of my horrible experience at the intown suites on 5055 hwy 6 north, which was nasty and disgusting. I highly recommend the 3000 hwy 6 south location if you want an affordable, clean, quiet place. Put that address in your GPS and enjoy your stay. I do not recommend 5055 hwy 6 north, and don’t confuse the two.

Housekeeping was the only good part of my experience. I’m not sure if the woman still works here, but she was always sweet. The place felt horrible and dangerous. I was sexually assaulted, and management didn’t seem to care. They even told me I didn’t need to call the police because the man who groped me would be kicked out. I called the police anyway. I also saw homeless people harass my friends on the property and use drugs, and witnessed 20 men jump someone there. I still have that on video. One staff member was stealing from rooms until he was fired. I could go on. The place is also heavily infested with roaches. Do not come here.

Sherrell Ferguson was very nice and helpful during my stay. The in-room kitchenette and comfortable basic accommodations made this a good value for the price. It was also easy to get around Houston from this location, and I found it a pleasant option for an extended stay.
