It felt like a home away from home, with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Our family stayed at the Kiwi Inn during a recent holiday, and the experience made the trip memorable. We couldn’t have been happier. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to help with a smile. Thanks especially to the reception team, who answered our travel questions and shared local recommendations. They made planning our days out easy.

The front desk greeted us with a happy wave every time we drove in. The parking lot was quiet and felt safe, and the place was very clean. The staff were wonderful, and the value was amazing. This was the best surprise I’ve had in years. It’s my new Houston home away from home, somewhere I feel safe.

The owners were extremely friendly and provided amazing service. I stayed for 9 days, and everything was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and well monitored. Definitely a 5 star experience, and I’d recommend it.

Getting around Houston was easy from Kiwi Inn Capital O Houston Hwy – 249, with highways, shops, and restaurants nearby. Even though it’s close to a main road, the room stayed quiet. Mine was spacious, spotless, and had what I needed, and housekeeping kept the property in good shape. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. I found it comfortable and good value, and would recommend it for either work or a leisure trip.

When we mentioned a couple of small problems in our room, the staff promptly moved us to a bigger one and did it with a smile. The place was clean and well cared for, and the reception team was friendly when we checked in. We spent two nights there and had a comfortable stay. Great service, and I’d recommend it.
