Sam is so welcoming and nice, and the location is great. The rooms are pleasant and clean, but the staff are what make this place such a good spot. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We had an amazing room with three super comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, 10/10. Thank you, Samm!!!!

This has always been a reliable favorite for my partner and me when we visit town. The motel rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and they deal with any issue right away. The team from the front office to housekeeping has been extraordinary and seems to anticipate what we need. One time I got locked out, and a key was already waiting for me by the time I reached the office. That's great service. The staff stay alert, and the parking lot cameras help us feel safe. We've never had any major issues until this weekend. Some guests sat on the staircase blocking it while smoking marijuana, loud music was blasting in the parking lot around midnight, and doors kept slamming. I want to think it was a new front office employee who didn't know how to handle it, since this hasn't happened with the regular staff on duty. I hope it was a one-time thing. I'd hate to have to find another place to stay when we visit.

Sam at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, and the customer service was great. The lobby looked beautiful when I arrived, and the room was clean and smelled good. So glad I chose this hotel. I'll be back.

The property's new construction and eye-catching appearance are what made me call on Tuesday, February 17, at about 6:55 PM. I was looking for a place to stay and simply wanted to find out if they offer weekly or month-to-month stays. Instead, I got an extremely rude response. The person who answered said, “Didn't you just call?” in a dismissive tone. I calmly said I hadn't, and was honestly shocked. As a potential customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Nobody should be treated disrespectfully for asking a simple question. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter.
