We left a day early and asked for a refund for the unused night, but they said I needed to tell them the day before. I paid for the whole stay, and I'll gladly pay for that lesson. Don't go cheap. We stayed here 2.12.26. The elevator was out, the floor was dirty enough to soil my shoes, and the sheets had hair all over them. The chair was badly stained, there was mold or staining above the toilet from the room upstairs, and the restroom door was moldy and bent. There was no hot water. The attendant told me the first floor had hot water and suggested letting it run longer. The mini fridge smelled awful and wasn't working, so I pulled it out and plugged it in myself. There was no breakfast in the morning, so we had to buy food. When I called Wyndham, the representative suggested asking for a room nearer the water heater or showering when it wasn't busy. I have the confirmation and room numbers if a representative needs them.
The one positive was that they helped us add an extra night before we arrived. At check-in, though, they said the elevator was broken and there were no first-floor rooms. I'm handicapped, and they said I should have mentioned it when booking. I can use an elevator, so I hadn't thought I needed to say anything. There were no refunds, so we were stuck with the reservation. The second-floor hallway smelled like mildew, and our room smelled of body odor. We went out to buy air freshener, then tried to shower, but there was absolutely no hot water. You could hear guests walking in the hallways above and below. After going out, we returned to find the room locked and had to go down the stairs to get a new key. We won't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it if you want a good night's sleep.
The room was filthy, with a stained couch covered in some nasty substance, bugs and wasps, and a strong urine smell. The whole hotel smelled of mold, the elevators were broken, and there was no hot water anywhere. The night staff were especially disrespectful. They kept repeating that the hotel was non-smoking even though we don't smoke. My fiancé is pregnant, and when I said we'd heard them, the employee got rude with me. I asked to move rooms or get a refund, but they refused a refund and wouldn't give us another room until the next day. I would never come back. Being there with my pregnant fiancé made it even worse. Take my advice and don't go, not even for a couple of nights.
Jean at the front desk made our vacation wonderful. The room was clean and nice, the beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.
Both rooms had visible black mold and a strong mold smell that carried into the hallways. There were also outlet covers and toilet paper holders missing, and light fixtures without covers. Those exposed outlets were at child height, which felt unsafe with children there. The front desk staff were rude when we arrived, and the breakfast eggs were dried out and awful. It's concerning that management keeps renting rooms in that condition. We're asking for a full refund for both rooms and our points back because the rooms were hazardous and poorly maintained.
