Andrea at the front desk made a real difference. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out, and service like that is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and professional. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

We hadn’t planned to stay here, but our original booking was canceled at the last minute, so we booked this instead. The room looked brand new and clean, and the area around the hotel was tidy and looked nice. The service was great, especially at the front desk. Everyone was ready to help make our stay pleasant, particularly Kuma, who always went the extra mile.

For $100, I thought it was good value compared with nearby hotels. The room was very clean, everything looked new, and the bed was comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have luggage stands. The A/C was okay, though I like it really cold when I sleep and wanted it colder. Water pressure was a little low, but not too bad. The hotel is set up with doors that open to the outside, in case that matters to you. The exterior was well lit, with cameras everywhere.

Really clean rooms and very good staff. Best place to stay in town, I’d recommend it. Look no further.
