Ramada by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airpt S

I only spent seven hours here, and left tired and still feeling dirty. I’d been hoping for a warm shower and a decent sleep, but the shower gel was empty and the water was either cold at normal pressure or room temperature at low pressure. The person next door sounded like they were in my room because the connecting door was so thin, and their TV stayed on until 4am. I had to sleep with a pillow over my ears and could still hear it. The shuttle was another mess. Nothing about it had been sent to me, so I had to find the information myself. The woman who answered when I called to request it was so rude and said it would take 30 minutes. After 50 minutes I gave up and took a cab. The next morning I realized the shuttle never showed the hotel’s name, so I wouldn’t have known which one to look for anyway. The driver asked which terminal we needed, then stopped only at C.

The phone number listed for the hotel is wrong. I had to call another Ramada to get the right one and arrange the shuttle, which wasted a lot of time. They should fix the listing. Also, I booked through Booking.com, where breakfast was shown as included, but there wasn’t any. There is a 24-hour waffle restaurant right next door, though, which is very convenient.

I went in to get a room and checked the bed, and there were bedbugs. It was disgusting. I didn’t stay, but when I asked for a refund they refused. Manager bob was disrespectful. Don’t come here. 0/5, worst hotel ever, I do NOT recommend it.

This place is being renovated, so there was dust everywhere and no breakfast area downstairs. I’d planned to stay two nights but checked out after the first. At 10am, a workman walked into my room without announcing himself even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. I finished my work meetings, checked out, and booked somewhere else. I won’t stay here again.
