Regency Inn

The lady was sweet, but the owner had her come up and harass me. They tried to get into my room before checkout because they presumed I had a dog in there.

The owners are nice people, and the establishment is beautiful. But room 119, which my Man rented, smelled moldy, and housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the bathroom very well. There was hair on the floor and tissue pieces behind the door. Dish Network sucks, too. We told the office attendant three times that the TV remote wasn’t working properly.

The full-size fridge was amazing, and the stove came in handy. My little family made this place home for a while after hurricane beryl. The rooms and the property are very well kept, and you can tell they put care into the details. Everything was clean and smelled great.

The room was spacious, but the TV never worked, even though they said they’d fix it. We booked it for two hours and didn’t get in until after 9 p.m. Then they called at 10:45 to say it was time to leave. The staff member said we’d have another ten minutes, but we were sent out before the two hours were up. Get something showing your check-in time.
