The large bathroom and perfect location were real pluses. Our king room with a sofa sleeper for the kids worked out perfectly, and the small kitchen had a large fridge and stove. I’d stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The property itself may be fine, and the day and afternoon teams have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. They provide excellent service and resolve issues quickly. But my last two interactions with the night auditor were consistently negative. I found him dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for guest concerns. Even a simple question by phone about a future reservation didn’t get answered, and I was referred to the day staff anyway. If you need help or have a reservation question, I’d strongly suggest waiting until the day staff are available. The overnight service has frustrated me enough that I’d avoid contacting the hotel then whenever possible.

The staff were fantastic, and there’s even a bar on site. It’s a new property in a great spot, close to the mall for dining and still near other grocery store options.
