The rooms are huge, and the place is clean and quiet compared with InTown. The pool was clean, too, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel itself looked beautiful, and our room was clean, spacious, quiet at night, and had breakfast in the lobby. The problem was the management and staff. At breakfast, the front desk worker, who I assumed was the manager, bluntly and rudely told me I was checking out that day. At 11:15, fifteen minutes after checkout, the manager knocked loudly and said we had to leave. We said we were considering another night, and he said we could stay for a $75 fee, but then we'd have to check out the following day. We were stunned by the way we were treated and decided to leave. Packing took until 11:50, and he knocked three more times before we got out. The building was attractive, but the rude management made this my last stay at this location. I won't come back, and they don't deserve their jobs.

I had booked a different location through Expedia, but they reserved the wrong hotel and wouldn't refund me, so I had no choice but to stay. Outside, a guest was fighting with their significant other. The room smelled bad and was dirty, the couch was filthy, and there was no iron. We had just one roll of toilet paper, two thin pillows, thin towels, and a dirty, nasty shower curtain. It was a horrible stay. If I could give zero stars, I would, and I'm considering disputing the charge with my bank because I want a refund as soon as possible.

The staff I dealt with were all very nice, and we had a great stay. We were there for one night at the Timber Creek and Hwy 6 location. The large jacuzzi room had a king bed, a work table with an office chair, a small tall table with two chairs for eating, and a loveseat for extra company. It was very clean, and the firm bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the tile around the jacuzzi and in the bathroom gets very slippery when wet. We'll definitely stay there again.
