The room was clean and the service was good, but at $137 a night plus taxes and fees, you’d think breakfast would at least be included. Three out of five.

There were bugs everywhere when I arrived, including ants in the microwave and huge black roach-like insects in the hallways. The dishes were dirty and the sheets stained. Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting conditions, and the hotel lied online about having breakfast when there is none. I tried to leave early, but this place is notorious for not giving refunds, and now I’m pissed off. I’m here for four days. If the company really wants to provide good service, why give one small extra roll of toilet paper and one towel? I had to go down in the middle of the night to get just one roll. This is ridiculous. No matter how long the stay is, I shouldn’t have to keep calling for extra toiletries and fresh sheets if this hotel has things together.

The price seemed reasonable for the area, and I expected the hotel to match what I saw in the pictures. It didn’t. The lobby is being renovated, but the rooms are still dated and uncomfortable. I also found some of the other people staying there offputting when I passed them. I booked it as a temporary place while relocating for work, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room had plenty of space and a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. Mine was wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower. The hotel also has laundry and a workout room, and most guests seemed to be long-term residents working nearby. Staff were friendly, and they smoothly adjusted my reservation when I arrived a day early, even though it was after midnight. I enjoyed the stay, and City Center is within walking distance.
