I’ve been here over six months and am impressed by how well the place is kept. Security is provided, which I appreciate, and the staff are understanding and helpful. The housekeepers are kind and stay on top of the rooms. They let me keep my pets with me and provide cleanup stations to help keep the grounds tidy. They also don’t tolerate noise, which is great since I work at random hours, day and night.

It’s a reasonable place to stay, though I’d like it more if it were a little cheaper. The room is nice and the service is good, and some staff really make a difference: Cheri is a great woman with great customer service, and le Steve is always willing to help even when it isn’t his job. Brian, the cleaning lady, enjoys doing her job willingly. The big issue is cleanliness. There were too many cockroaches, and the rooms need more cleaning. They should clean at least twice a week instead of once. There are lots of trees, and the leaves make the rooms filthy. It also took me three days to find the main trash box because there weren’t any signs. The shower flow is much too strong and wastes water. They should add water-saving devices. I have more ideas for saving water if they want them and can send me contact information.

It feels like a studio apartment, with lots of room. My four-month-old daughter has plenty of space to roll around, and we haven’t had any loud neighbors. The place is clean and welcoming, and it’s been a pleasure staying here. I’d definitely come back.

We got good value and had a decent, clean, comfortable room for our 16-night stay while moving apartments. Free Wi-Fi was a big plus, and the front desk staff were professional. The final week was rough, though. For four nights in a row, the couple above us fought physically, slammed doors, screamed, and made noise from 10 pm until 6 am. I asked to move rooms three days straight, but the motel was fully booked. The staff didn’t seem very concerned about solving it.
