Baymont by Wyndham Boston Heights/Hudson

I found used food, wrappers around the beds, and quite a bit of fur in the room. The bathroom ceiling drywall over the tub was also coming down, so I skipped taking a shower. Some updating and repairs are needed. The staff, on the other hand, were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The woman checking me in was awesome, and the woman there in the morning was just as great. Everything else was good.

We stayed for two weeks, and the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, though older. It's tucked away from traffic and the parking lot is well lit. The friendly staff were helpful, and breakfast was good for a continental one. There was a smell in the hotel that seemed to come from the indoor pool. Still, the price is hard to beat, and we'd stay again. Happy customers.

The Baymont was a good value, and we'd stay again when we're in the area. The staff were very attentive, five stars for them. There were a couple of issues in the room: water from the tub upstairs leaked into our bathroom, which stayed damp after the people above showered. Staff knew about it and thought an earlier leak had been fixed. Our A/C fan was noisy too, possibly from a failing motor bearing. We reported both, and I assume they'll be repaired soon.

Service was great again, as it usually is when I stay here, and they came quickly to address the problems. This visit, though, the room with the Jacuzzi tub wasn't up to par. The tub was still dirty when we arrived, and after it was cleaned I noticed the mirrors behind it were dirty too. The toilet needed cleaning as well. Oddly, the door card reader wouldn't lock from either side, and we were told it needed new batteries. All in all, it was still a good stay for the price. With an in-room Jacuzzi, you get what you pay for.
