We picked this lovely little hotel on a whim while passing through, and I’m really glad we did. From our room we could see a hillside where several deer showed up the next morning. Room 218 was roomy, clean, and quiet, even with a connecting room. It had a mini fridge, microwave, huge TV, couch, and a soft chair with an ottoman. The pleather on the seating was actually cleanable, and it was clean. There was a desk too, though the desk chair could be replaced with a simpler one that slides underneath. Shower pressure was pretty low, as you often get at hotels, but it worked fine for a basic shower. We were on the second floor with my husband and our dog. There’s no elevator, just beautiful wooden stairs, so ask for a first-floor room if stairs could be a problem. We had a quiet neighbor, though my husband may have been the noisy one with his CPAP machine coughing. Sorry, neighbor!

The staff made us feel welcome, and the breakfast had more variety and better quality than we expected. Our room was spotless and really spacious, with very comfortable beds that were just right after a long day on the road. We had a great stay at the Best Western Devils Tower Inn and would happily stay there again if we’re back in the area.

The layout of the parking lot is strange, and there isn’t much room to park or maneuver. There’s also no elevator, though carrying our few bags upstairs was fine for us. Good to know ahead of time. The room and bed were comfortable, and everyone on staff I met was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area gets busy, but it was clean and well stocked, like the rest of the hotel. The pool looked clean and was a nice area, although I didn’t spend long there. I’d recommend the place and would stay again if I’m in the area.

We were taking a break from tent camping, so the cold AC, comfy beds, laundry room, and even the freezer section in the fridge were much appreciated. The hotel was clean, and we liked our room. The manager and crew were fantastic and very helpful. At check-in, the manager gave us restaurant suggestions and closing times, which helped since this small, lovely town doesn’t have many dinner options. Corporate recently raised the pet fee to $37, which I still think is low, but the manager honored the lower rate I’d prepaid through BringFido while they update things. I appreciated the kindness. We stayed 7/21/25.

The pool and hot tub were a hit with my family, and breakfast had lots to choose from. Everything was clean and working properly. Check-in staff also helped us figure out where to go for dinner. It was a perfect stop on our family road trip, and I’d stay again if I’m in the area.
