Ocean Inn on Nantasket Beach

Robin at the front desk went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. The service was incredible. The room was spotless and spacious, easily the nicest hotel room I’ve stayed in, and I could live there! Right by the water, the hotel had a beautiful view. Highly recommend it.

I work remotely, so the northeaster that came through while I was there gave me a bird’s-eye view. I even fell asleep to the wind whistling. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, and the bed and all those pillows were very comfortable. I really appreciated the cotton sheets and the absence of heavily scented laundry products or plug-ins. The location of this gem was lovely, and the price and setting make me want to return. I had a little trouble with the room key, but the back door was such a good idea and solved that problem.

Easy parking and check-in and check-out, plus staff I really liked. The room was beautiful, spacious, and close to the beach, and the prices were reasonable. It’s a wonderful place to stay. If you’re choosing between this and the similarly named “resort,” I’d pick this one in a heartbeat.

We were in town for a concert and wished we’d added another day so we could spend time at the beach. The room was clean, the beach is close, and the staff were really friendly. They also have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt before going back inside, which is great.
