We’ll definitely be back. The Barnwood Inn is the best place we’ve stayed, easily 5-plus stars. My hubby loved the room and bed, especially the mattress. He woke up without any back pain, which hasn’t happened in years, so I’m calling to find out what kind of mattress it is. Kat, who handled his reservation, was the best, such a lovely lady.

Quiet and peaceful, with a great stay all around. This place is a real diamond in the rough. I’ll definitely come back!

Kat was absolutely amazing. The rooms are cozy and very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Missouri!
10/10
Clean, friendly, and affordable, which is more than I can say for the big chain hotels where I usually stay. This is one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever had, and I have zero complaints. I’d stay here again or recommend it to others without a second thought.
10/10
We only booked one night, but I could have stayed longer. Our room was amazing, comfortable, well appointed, and spotless. Kat, the innkeeper, was so nice and went out of her way to help. She suggested a local restaurant for dinner and a coffee shop for the morning, and both were perfect. 10/10, would recommend!
